opening week.

holy hell! the first week of the season was amazing! it was like shredding in feb. around here, i had back to back to back deeeep pow sessions where i was just hammering turns with no remorse for any rocks because there were almost none! soo stoked on this year, just swooped up my very own sled so this year is def. gonna be out of this world!!

its official, I am the newest addition to the team at Quiksilver/Mervin Mfg and a few more secrets are to come! Be looking out for the new quik gear on site for Dew Tour in December! cant wait to start shredding!!!

summer is flying by and i couldnt be happier about that, living in california working trying to save up money for this winters adventure, living at the base of peak 9 in breckenwind all year next year and could not be happier with that, i already have my first run of the day planned out. miss the snow and frends that go along with it! see you soon. for your viewing pleasure ill be submitting some ultra old photos!

had a pleasant surprise today when i rolled past the beach and saw the CG tent all set up, super fun to shred with those kids, they all have such good vibes its so fun to ride with them!

so in case youve been under a rock its been dumping up in summit for like two weeks now. feels like jan. or feb. up here but the snow has been sick! looking forward to the lib party on the 14th. white weddding themed so get your costume ready to rock!

ready for another amazing spring day at abasin. shredding is so sick because even in the midst of five final exams this week i guarantee when i roll into that jump or roll into that rail, final exams will be the last thing i am thinking about. i love getting lost in my passion everyday.

this is such the business side of things, some people hate on this whole "going for it" attitude that i have with snowboarding, regardless of what their deal is all im trying to do is have fun, yeah the business side of things sucks compared to snowboarding but its all fun to me. Im not trying to keep the fun in snowboarding, to me its always fun no matter what, park, pow, groomers drops down rails and everything inbetween. no matter what happens, if i turn into the next big thing im always going to have fun on a snowboard no matter what. so lets go have fun together asap.

took the day to re-learn backlips the correct way. super fun trick when you do it right, feels money, other than that the other cool thing in my snowboarding world right now is rodeo back sevens, love the way those feel and im trying to raise money to get to snowboard camp this summer! anything helps haha. looking at doing the hcsc stuff, but in the meantime im on my way to woodward to try to learn doubles. wish me luck! hope all is well with all of you!Thanks

got out last night under the full moon to kill it on the pass. found a cool triple line and went back to slay that shitttt this morning. i was lovin it for sure. back tomorrow to film some stuff.

love for the beaver. creek that is, in bounds waist deep pow, perfectly spaced aspens and a few good lines were bagged, sick drops with even better landings. looking to build a big jump in the next few days.

finally learned the backflip today haha, second try, maybe easier than anyother trick i have ever tried haha, anyways its still snowing up here and im still looking for new bindings! hope everyone is going to be able to make it up here for some of this snow!!

thank god its finally snowing up in Summit. breck is reporting more than 20 inches and the keystone wayback bowl was super sick today did some hiking and rode the independence bowl. super sick back there with lots of deep snow. gotta love that. back country is super sketch up here lots of shit breaking off...

so this trick is so new that there are no trick tips, there are only a hand full of videos of kids landing it and learning it is proving to be a bitch. i need to go cruise to the foam pit at woodward!!!

holy shit, Silverton, Colarado is a ridiculous place to be. While down there with the 611 crew we watched some thing on one of the main streets where a horse pulls a skier over jumps and the skier grabs rings, i dunno it was strange but pretty cool to watch and throw back a few beers haha. hit some bmx stuff in the front yard and then killed some pow the next day, 70 inches of snow doesnt suck at all.
